Darrell T. Forte, President/CEO Darrell brings more
than 13 years experience to Millennium having worked
in finance, operations and IT with McDonald's Corp.
both domestically and internationally. Mr. Forte earned
his wings in the technology industry during a stint
in the Silicon Hills of Austin, Texas as the first Controller
of both Wayport, Inc. and Bandspeed. His interesting
and varied career began as an Audit Associate in the
then-Big 6 accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand. He
has taught several years as an adjunct instructor, and
has been involved over time with Junior Achievement.
The product of several generations of educators, Mr.
Forte holds both Bachelors and Masters degrees from
of the University of Texas at Austin.

Robert Chalnick, CFO/COO Robert I. Chalnick
offers TMG an extensive background in management, finance
and accounting. He recently was Vice President of Operations
for Children’s Home Society, where he was responsible
for five divisions with revenues of $50 million and
750 employees. He has served as CEO and CFO of various
public and private companies and is a former partner
of Touche Ross and Company (now Deloitte Touche) and
partner in a regional CPA firm. Mr. Chalnick is licensed
as a family and county mediator by the Florida Supreme
Court and arbitrator for the NASD and NFA. He also contracted
with the Federal Government to review grants issued
by the Department of Human Services.
He holds a Masters degree in Business
from Baruch College of the City of New York and a Bachelor
of Science degree from Long Island University (magna
cum laude) with a major in Accounting and Economics,
and is a CPA in Florida, New York and New Jersey.

Gerald Flournoy, CTO Gerald Flournoy, CTO of Millennium, has six successful years of experience as the Apple
Computer Systems Engineer for Broward County, FL, the
nation’s fifth-largest school district. Prior
to Apple, he was Director of IT for LeMoyne-Owen
College and IT Coordinator at Grambling State University’s
College of Education.
Mr. Flournoy holds two Bachelors degrees,
an Information Technology degree from Grambling State University
and Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Louisiana
Tech University.

Dr. Irving Hamer Jr., Executive Vice President
for Client Services
and Strategic Development Dr. Irving Hamer is one of the nation’s
foremost leaders and activists for education reform.
His distinguished career in academia and the public,
nonprofit and private sectors is marked by innovative
policies and programs. As Deputy Superintendent of School
Improvement, Dr. Hamer developed and managed implementation
of the School Improvement Zone for the Miami-Dade County
Public Schools in Florida, and results challenge conventional
wisdom about school improvement in urban centers. During
his 30-plus years as an educator, Dr. Hamer has served
as NYC Deputy Commissioner of Education, Board of Education
member, school administrator, teacher, and professor.
His entire career has been dedicated to improving education
for the most vulnerable and fragile students in the
nation’s school systems.
Prior to work at Miami-Dade,
he served as Professor of Practice in Education at Columbia
University’s Teachers College; co-chairman of
TestU.com, a start-up educational service; and Executive
Vice President of Simon & Schuster‘s Secondary
Education Group, where he managed strategic planning,
technology integration and new business development
for a group of companies with $180 million in revenue.
A native of Harlem, NY, Dr. Hamer earned a BA in Sociology
and M.Ed. in Administration from Ottawa University.
He also earned an Ed.D. in Learning Environments and
Social Policy from Harvard University.
In addition to his work with TMG, he
serves as a Visiting Professor with the Center for Urban
Education and Innovation at Florida International University.

Cecilia A.
Gutierrez, Executive Director,
Operations and Client Services Cecilia Gutierrez has more than thirteen
years experience working in the public and nonprofit
sectors. She joined TMG to assist in building TMG Education
- The School Turnaround Authority. She formerly served
as Senior Program Officer for the Beaumont Foundation
of America, managing a team responsible for thirteen
states and the District of Columbia with grants valued
at approximately $11.5 million. Correspondingly, Ms.
Gutierrez managed two multi-million dollar technology
initiatives including a partnership to provide laptops
to colleges and universities through TRIO programs.
She joined the Foundation in its infancy and was a part
of the team responsible for establishing processes,
procedures and creating its giving strategy.
Prior to her work with the Foundation, she was Special
Assistant to a member of the New York City Board of
Education crafting policies on instructional technology,
improving middle-grade schools and strengthening bilingual
education. With the U.S. Department of Health and Human
Services, Office on Women's Health (OWH), Ms. Gutierrez
worked on numerous policies efforts, including the impact
of HIV/AIDS on women. Ms. Gutierrez is a graduate of
Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology
and minor in Women Studies. As an undergraduate, she
made history as part of the first minority team to compete
and win student body leadership, serving as the first
Latina vice president. She also received a Masters in
Public Administration as a National Urban Fellow from
Baruch College, CUNY.

Cliff Deaner, Executive
Director Business Development
Cliff Deaner brings more
than 20 years of Information Technology / Sales and
Marketing experience to the Millennium Group. He managed
highly successful sales teams for ComputerLand and
MicroAge Computer Centers achieving dramatic growth
by leveraging technology and human capital.
He has extensive
experience in solution sales and a strong commitment
to customer satisfaction. Before joining the Millennium
Group he represented Computer Associates with responsibility
for Information Management and Application Development
Solutions. He also worked for Compuware Corporation
promoting application development and quality assurance
solutions.
Mr. Deaner has a strong
technical background, has a Bachelors of Science degree
in Computer Science and a Masters degree in Information
Technology. He comes from a family of educators and
is committed to making improvements in public education.

Myron Jackson, Senior Project Manager
Myron Jackson is a seasoned professional
with 26 years experience at Motorola, Inc. During his
tenure at Motorola he held positions in Manufacturing,
Systems Engineering Support, Marketing, Operations,
and Quality Control. He has managed complex system projects
in both Domestic and International environments. Mr.
Jackson received Project Management certification from
George Washington University through Motorola in Plantation
FL. He also received training in M-Gates process improvement
for complex projects. Additionally, he has acquired
real-world experience in time management and process
improvement techniques. His most recent accomplishment
is opening the Eagle Academy Charter school, in Lauderhill,
FL, a technology-based school serving 300 at-risk students.
Mr. Jackson received an Associates in
Electronic Technology from United Electronics Institute
in Louisville, KY. Throughout his career, Myron attended
numerous professional seminars and business training
programs at Motorola University in Schaumburg, IL.

Fernando Flores, Director of Operations
Fernando Flores was TMG's
first hire in May of 2003, and has been instrumental in
the company's excellent reputation in customer service.
Prior to joining Millennium , he spent 19 years at Tellabs
in positions of progressive responsibilities. Mr. Flores
directed all operational aspects of the Apple 1 to 1
installation in Broward County.

James Ernestine, ETC Manager
James Max Ernestine II is a Systems Engineer
with more than six years of experience with technology
with an emphasis on Apple computers. The vast extent
has been in the education sector where his skills, both
professional and interpersonal, have led to rapid advancement
in a brief period of time. Mr. Ernestine began his career
at MacCenter where he held positions of Apple Direct
Dispatcher, Technician and Certified Macintosh Lead
Installer. The next step in his career was into the
corporate arena as an integral part of the TMG team.
Mr. Ernestine’s certifications and training
are numerous and include: Apple Product Professional
Certification, Apple Technician Certification, Apple
Service Technician (1999), Mac OS X Train the Trainer
(2002), Mac OS X Server Essentials (2002), Mac OSX Admin
Basics (2002), and Apple Certified Technical Coordinator
(ACTC) training.
