Academy
Despite all technical progress and digitization, we attach personal importance
to the professional education of our employees. Our M-Academy exceeds by
far governmental training possibilities and requirements. No employee will en-
ter our sites without the relevant education and the job-specific qualification
provided by the M-Academy. Anyone who completed his vocational training at
theM-Group has comprehensive professional knowledge and expertise both in
theory and practice. On international assignments, our teams on site impres-
sively demonstrate how people of different languages and cultures can per-
fectly work together and achieve the best possible performance to the bene-
fit of our customers.
The M-Academy:
We offer education and training for our own staff mem-
bers but also for the employees of our customers and partners in our M-Center,
a conference and training area seating up to 80 people.
