Green Energy
Since the 01.01.2021 we are using 100% green energy at our headquarter’s in Lemgo. With this decision for a clean energy supply, our carbon footprint is being significantly reduced and climate neutrality achieved. By using green energy, regional projects for promoting renewable energies as well as sustainable climate protection schemes are being supported. It is important to us, to take a stance in all areas for more sustainability in future endeavors.
Occupational Safety
Occupational Safety is not only about hazard prevention or elimination of safety risk anymore. Besides coinciding with legal stipulations, it also encompasses all measures suitable to protect the physical and psychological health of all employees long term.
Hence, occupational safety is implemented as a managerial task within the M-Group. Competent advice and regular training are being provided to our colleagues by an external occupational safety specialist.
Quality Management
Of course, we are DIN EN 9001:2015 and SCC certified.
Our ambitions demand that we are continuously improving our products, processes and services. Therefore, it is our aim to keep on receiving the best feedback in all areas by our clients, certifying that we are delivering top-performances.
Training & Apprenticeship
We have always been one of the largest training providers for furnace and chimney builders for which we are very proud. Our trainees learn their trade from scratch and always belong to the top of their year.
Furthermore, we are training industrial clerks and offer professionals from a variety of areas, interesting opportunities with our on-the-job program.
To our delight, many trainees and apprentices decide to stay with us after their training is finished. This demonstrates that we are a good and fair employer.
M-Academy: Continuous Training and Education
We founded the M-Academy to offer our employees continuous training and workshops in a variety of topics. We believe in lifelong learning as a foundation to face the fast moving world of today. It is a matter of our heart to encourage our employees to get ready for the digital future.
