At our Lemgo facility, we produce customized, transportable prefabricated refractory components, including burner quarls, front sections and small combustion chambers. These components can be pre-dried in-house so that they are ready for direct installation on site.

What services does the M-Group offer?

We provide engineering, technical project preparation, factory production, pre-drying, fireproof assembly as well as repair, inspection and new construction services. This provides operators with a technically coordinated turn-key solution for thermally highly stressed plant areas.

Which plant areas are particularly relevant?

Boiler energy systems, directly heated dryers and other thermally stressed plant areas are particularly relevant. In these areas, temperature changes, wear, fuels and tight standstill windows are decisive for the design of the fireproof solution.

Why is a coordinated refractory concept needed?

Because the temperature profile, fuel, ash load and operating mode have a direct effect on the thermochemical stress on the lining. A coordinated fireproof concept therefore improves the operational safety, running time and technical resilience of the plant.

Why is in-house refractory manufacturing an advantage?

Prefabricated and pre-dried refractory components can be manufactured and prepared precisely under controlled conditions. This improves the quality of workmanship, reduces assembly costs in the factory and creates more safety during inspection and maintenance periods.
