  • Developed by us:
    Shotcast Express was designed as an innovative system solution and further development for the processing and installation of high-quality refractory castables.
  • Compact 3-component design:
    Optimized for confined jobsite conditions, short setup times and easy transport within the plant.
  • Process-reliable material preparation:
    Automatic water dosing ensures reproducible mixing quality and stable processing conditions.
  • Flexible use of materials:
    Refractory castables can be processed efficiently and easily from bags or big bags of up to 500 kg, while short conveying distances help reduce material losses.
With Shotcast Express, the M-GROUP has developed an innovative proprietary system solution for demanding refractory applications. Its compact design combines mixing, pumping and gunning in a single high-performance unit, enabling efficient processes, high installation quality and maximum flexibility on site.

Workshop fabrication

At our Lemgo facility, we prefabricate precisely tailored refractory components for cement-specific plant areas under ideal conditions. Dedicated wet and dry cutting areas, together with controlled pre-drying, ensure additional quality assurance and help reduce on-site installation effort at the customer’s plant.

We also support cement plants when action is needed in the short term. By 24/7 availability, technical evaluation, structured deployment planning and material availability, we also create the basis for short-term, rapid and controlled repair.

How does M-GROUP support Revision shutdowns in the cement industry?

We evaluate the fireproof lining, define the scope of measures in consultation with the customer and coordinate materials, personnel and installation consequences. This makes it possible to plan shutdowns more safely and economically efficiently.

Can M-GROUP also manufacture prefabricated refractory components and special shaped parts?

Yes, we produce prefabricated refractory components and special shaped parts for complex installation situations in Lemgo. This reduces assembly costs in the factory and relieves critical downtimes. Thanks to our special drying chambers, we have full control over the drying process and create the basis for the consistently high quality of the prefabricated components.
